Richmond Taxis have always endeavoured to provide the highest levels of customer service. It’s with that in mind that we’ve now decided to introduce new uniforms for all our drivers.
It’s something we’ve been planning for a while and after the feedback we’ve got from local people in South Shields, we’ve decided to introduce uniforms from the 1st November.
By introducing uniforms, we hope to create more team unity at Richmond Taxis. Uniforms can make people feel like they belong which will help increase productivity. The bottom line is that we hope to improve our levels of customer service to the local public.
